Kingman is located in the North-West of the State of Arizona, on US Highway 66 (Route 66), Interstate 40 and US Highway 93 (CANAMEX Corridor), served by Burlington, Northern & Santa Fe Railroad with over 100 freight trains per day travelling between Los Angeles and Chicago.
Kingman currently has a service population of 50'000. The local economy has changed from ranching and mining to governement (Kingman is the Mohave County seat), tourism and manufactoring.
Kingman is logistically a good place to do business because of its proximity to Southern California, Phoenix/Tucson, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Concrete investment-opportunities in vacant land will be available in July 2012.
